*Our menus are designed with the seasons in mind and are dependent on produce availability. Ethan will decide on the dishes you will experience the morning you are due to dine after connecting with local producers. While you will not know in advance what you will experience, you will be able to take a copy of the menu away with you.
*Please note we are not currently a licensed venue. We will have a selection of non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase.
*We can cater to most dietary requirements with advance notice. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please provide this information at the time of booking or get in touch with us to discuss this first. Please note that while all care will be taken to cater to dietary requirements, all allergens are used in our kitchen space so we cannot guarantee against contamination.
*This experience is designed for guests aged 16 and over. If you would like to purchase a ticket for someone younger than this, please get in touch with us first.
*Tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, if you are no longer able to attend the experience you have booked, please let us know via email (chefethanflack@gmail.com) with at least one week’s notice. We will endeavour to fill your seats and offer an alternative date however this will be at our discretion.
*Please note - A Kitchen Dinner requires a minimum of 6 guests to go ahead. If at least 6 guests are not booked 48 hours before a dinner is scheduled to go ahead we will be in touch with those booked to discuss alternative arrangements.
